Reigen. Variations
by Anja Hilling, freely adapted from “Reigen” by Arthur Schnitzler
Twenty-four hours in the English Garden. Somewhere between the Monopteros and the Haus der Kunst—in ten scenes, each featuring a pair of characters—DJ Ada, entrepreneur Franzi, poet Graf, cleaning staff member Maro, and sex worker Eleonore cross paths. The multi-award-winning playwright Anja Hilling reimagines Arthur Schnitzler’s “Reigen” for our time.
