Curubandé Latin Band | Latin American Folklore

Curubandé Latin Band brings the diversity and energy of Latin American music to Leipzig. The band emerged from a shared experience of musician friends at the Festival de las Artes in Costa Rica. Since then, Curubandé has stood for musical exchange and the joy of Latin American rhythms. The 15 musicians on stage provide a full and lively sound with percussion, piano, guitar, bass, vocals and wind instruments. They play salsa, bachata, cumbia, bolero, cha cha cha, danzón and Latin jazz. The music invites you to listen, sing and dance along and creates an atmosphere full of movement, joie de vivre and good humor. At the Fête de la musique, it becomes a fiesta for everyone.
