The documentary Restorative Culture: Johnathan Morin is about identity and belonging. It focuses on tap artist Johnathan Morin, who grew up in foster care and embarks on a journey of self-discovery. He reconciles his love of the African-American art form of tap dance with his longing for his family's indigenous heritage, the Nehiyaw. In search of his people's knowledge of music, dance, teachings and community, Johnathan's world is shaken when he is asked to make a great sacrifice. Followed by a live performance by Johnathan Morin.
