A look at the people in this band shows (to me) guys who at some point started making music out of love, making music for themselves - without conforming to any mainstream rules. But suddenly they were mainstream. And their success proved them right.

But the world is a different place today. The music world is different. So why not do something different again as a band?

How about making an album that feels like it used to? An album from inside the band. With a sound from the band's roots and lyrics from the band's hearts? Rock music. No frills. No leaving the lights on. Just hit the twelve!

Why not just do without the (ailing) mechanisms of the industry? No big promo phase, no streaming, no singles, no radio. No, just go back to the roots. Just music, just the fans, small venues, hard music.
