A lovingly held space for women.

In our everyday lives we often function, are busy and sometimes lose our connection to ourselves - and to each other.

The Rise Sister Rise Women Circle is a space where women come together to meet, share and remember how powerful real connection can be.

Here you can just be you.
Without expectations. Without pressure.

The circle creates a protected space for exchange, silence and inspiration.

Possible elements of the circle could be

• Meditation

• inner alignment

• Small impulses for self-reflection

• Cocoa ritual

• Honest exchange in the circle

Each Circle is unique and arises from the energy of the women who come together.

The focus is on sisterhood, honesty and connection.

The circle is open to all women - whether you already have experience with meditation or inner work or are simply curious to get to know such a space.
