RnB Yoga & Recovery – DAY RETREAT at Session Labs, Maxvorstadt, Munich

Treat yourself to an afternoon just for you—or with friends—and enjoy a soothing combination of RnB yoga, relaxation, and healthy snacks and drinks.

The day begins with a Vinyasa yoga session set to my favorite songs by Cleo Sol, Frank Ocean, and H.E.R.

After the yoga session, the Alchemist Food Club® invites you to enjoy sugar-free raw cakes.

Daily Matcha will also be on-site offering delicious matcha creations—the perfect healthy refreshment.

Afterward, the Recovery Space opens, featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, lymphatic compression pants, and two cold-water pools.
