ROAD MARCH - MUNICH CARNIVAL 2026

The Road March is the heart of Munich Carnival - the moment the entire community comes together to celebrate Caribbean culture, music, freedom and unity in the streets of Munich.

Inspired by the famous Caribbean carnival parades, the Road March transforms the city into a moving celebration filled with music trucks, dancing, colorful costumes, flags from all over the world and nonstop energy.

Starting at Wittelsbacher Platz, thousands of participants and spectators come together for an unforgettable parade through Munich with Caribbean sounds, steelpan music, dance groups and pure carnival vibes.

Whether you join in costume, wave your flag from the crowd or dance behind the trucks - this is the biggest and most emotional moment of the entire Munich Carnival weekend.
