The film offers a contemporary and colorful insight into the amazing ancient culture of the nomadic Kalbeliya tribes living in rural Rajasthan in northern India. The film explores their culture of eternal dance, syncopated music, snake charming, colorful fashion and nomadic lifestyle of these exotic looking outcasts, the ancestors of the modern Roma living in Europe today.
