Yoga Special at Karl von Drais
For all those who like to be on the move - on the bike or on the mat.
These 60 minutes are a little break just for you.
We stretch everything that is often neglected when cycling (and sitting) - such as hip flexors and the back of the legs - and consciously strengthen the areas that are otherwise often forgotten: Back, shoulders, arms.
There's also flowing movement, conscious breathing and an extra-long savasana at the end - for a really deep release.
You don't have to be a cyclist - the main thing is that you want to move and relax.
The session is free for you, mats are available on site - just come in comfortable clothes. Bib or Lulu leggings - anything goes!
