The Rostock Easter Market is traditionally the opening of the season in Rostock city center (from Neuer Markt via Kröpeliner Straße, Universitätsplatz, Breite Straße to Kröpeliner Tor). Visitors can expect a colorfully decorated spring landscape, a shopping mile with around 24 traders, culinary delights, numerous activities for children and a showman's service on Easter Monday. A giant Easter egg can be painted and, of course, the Easter bunny will also be making a personal visit on some days.

Wednesday is family day with special offers and reduced prices.
