Rotor have been honing their bone-dry instrumental sound between stoner, progressive and 70s space rock for 25 years. The quartet rejects the usual media and internet mechanisms, which only fuels their legendary status as a unique cult band. "The purely instrumental stoner-psych sound not only thrives on tons of heavy crunching riffs, but is also interwoven with subtle sound play." Live, Rotor overwhelms his audience with malming heaviness, melancholic spacetrips and, above all, rousing energy.
