This back yoga class promotes greater mobility and reduces tension in the shoulder and neck area. Gentle, targeted yoga poses mobilize the shoulders, neck and back, release tension and increase flexibility. Strengthening exercises strengthen the back muscles, while stretches on the back release nerve cords and ensure deep relaxation. The spine and joints are mobilized and the supporting abdominal muscles are activated and stabilized - ideal for preventing back pain and promoting a healthy, flexible back in everyday life.
