Run For Life 2026

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

Enjoying the shared cause and solidarity!

The Run for Life was launched as a charity event to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and support the work of Munich AIDS Relief.

The goal of the run has never been about achieving peak athletic performance or racing against the clock. Instead, the focus is on togetherness, the joy of working toward a common cause, and solidarity with people living with HIV. Over the years, the Run for Life has steadily gained more supporters and sponsors. Even if it can’t compete with the really big races, it’s definitely the most charming one!

The Run for Life organized by Münchner Aids-Hilfe is a fun run approved by the DLV (German Athletics Association).

On September 13, we’ll be back at the starting line on Munich’s most beautiful running route, right through the English Garden—for the 26th time!

Whether you run the 5.8 km or 10 km distance, by participating you’re not only doing something good for yourself but also for the diverse projects of Munich AIDS Aid.

The entry fee is €25 per person.

We’ll meet at 12:00 p.m. at the Nationalmuseum; the race starts at 2:00 p.m. (10 km) and 2:10 p.m. (5.8 km). On site, you’ll find information booths from our sponsor partners, and there will be coffee, cake, and plenty of (isotonic) drinks, a photo booth, and a professional warm-up before the start. And maybe a surprise performance! Of course, we’ll also have changing rooms, luggage storage, and restrooms.

We’d like to thank you in advance for participating and look forward to a colorful, fun day of running with you!
