Touching, hilarious & always entertaining: Germany has a huge singer-songwriter scene - and the Sago Song Salon is the place to experience it with alternating performances and talk on stage in a living room atmosphere.

The evening's host and master of ceremonies is singer-songwriter Tobias Dellit. He is an active member of the Stuttgart Feierabendkollektiv and with "Tau" has produced a second, haunting album full of precise, poetic observations - with "the humor of a Funny van Dannen and the laconicism of a Gisbert zu Knyphausen".

Marie Diot is a singer-songwriter who tours all over Germany and is no longer an insider tip, as she often receives awards such as the 2024 Tuttlinger Krähe and the Hamburg Comedy Pokal. Her music is a mixture of catchy indie pop, elegant chanson and lots of fun. At their concerts, you can enjoy wacky, funny announcements and songs that could be hits.
It may be unlikely that they will actually become hits, as they are about things that are not initially suspected of being hits - such as intercoms, lost front door keys and fishing without a hook. But Marie succeeds in singing about even such curious topics with her unbiased view and her cheerfully witty manner, so that in the end everyone in the audience can find themselves in the songs.

Singer-songwriter and lyricist Ulrich Zehfuß comes to the Rosenau with touching chansons: The roadworks tell of the state of a friendship, the forgotten socks in the corner of the worry about the fledged sons in the face of war: poet-singer Ulrich Zehfuß lets the phenomena of the world have their say in precise verses and tells of life. His current program "Love" takes the audience on a journey through the facets of relationships that make up being human - from affection for one's own children to compassion for strangers, musically between chanson, folk and Americana.
