Sake tasting as part of the series of events Genussmomente im Museum on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 6 pm at the Museum Fünf Kontinente

The Japanese national drink sake has a history of around 2000 years and reflects the country's landscape, culture and history. However, the story is made up of individual personal stories of the people involved in sake production - as owners of family businesses several hundred years old, as master brewers, but also as nameless brewery workers.

Yoshiko Ueno-Müller, sake samurai and author of the award-winning book SAKE - Mythos. Craft. Genuss, presents five selected sakes at the tasting and tells their story.
