Samy Challah: Eine Prise Wahnsinn

"A pinch of madness" is the new and very first stage program by cartoonist and comedian Samy Challah, which really appeals to all the senses!
There are weird cartoons to see.
To hear bizarre short stories.
Smell the sweat of fear. (It's Samy's first solo performance.)
Taste everything the swamp counter has to offer.

Samy's stories are sometimes loud and sometimes quiet, usually hot and never greasy, but always with a pinch of madness. He has a little shaker in his pocket that he uses to spice up his
spices up his drawings and stories. Madness belongs to Samy's stories like mushrooms belong to feet. Otherwise it doesn't taste good.

About the person:
Samy Challah is usually nervous. He draws and makes up stories to calm himself down.
Please never give him coffee, even if he asks for it.

About his work:
Samy Challah works as an actor, short film director, author and cartoonist.
He was a permanent cast member in award-winning TV comedy series such as "Axel!" (Sat1), "The Unlikely Events in the Life of ..." (WDR), "Endlich Deutsch" (WDR) and "Andere Eltern" (ZDF).
With his short stories, he has often been a guest at readings such as the Short Storys Nights or the City Leaks Festival in Cologne. His story "Gespenster" (Ghosts) won first place at the Cologne Literature Days 2020.
His cartoons appear in the satirical magazines TITANIC and Eulenspiegel, and occasionally in taz. His drawings have been exhibited at the German Cartoon Prize in Dresden and Düsseldorf,
at the "Best Pictures of the Year" exhibition at the Caricatura Kassel and at the Frumetto Comic Festival in Lucerne.
He has always wanted to come to Freiburg and is looking forward to the evening.
