Together, the exceptional artists present a rousing program and break down the boundaries between rap and classical music. Where beats and bass usually set the tone, cello and harpsichord take over - bringing two apparent opposites together in the greatest harmony.

MIKI's Takeover! Ensemble translates modern songs into a classical musical language and has already created fine, imaginative arrangements for the music of Joy Denalane, Max Herre and Stefanie Heinzmann. It is a feast to hear how the songs of rapper Samy Deluxe from his two high culture albums sound in the classic Takeover arrangements.
