Gentle yoga in the open air. Sunday lunchtime on the covered wooden platform at ELEMENT Outdoor: calm, with time and without haste. Here, too, different teachers take turns, each with their own signature - but the pace remains relaxed, the transitions smooth, the focus is on feeling rather than performing. No prior knowledge necessary, no pressure to get anywhere. Just right if you want to move without overexerting yourself.
Yoga mats are available on site, you just need to bring yourself and comfortable clothes.
Price information:
The trial lesson costs €9.90. For those who come regularly, there are single and 4-person cards and memberships.
