In 1905, a group of artists was founded in Dresden that gave itself the name "Brücke". Today, its members are regarded as representatives of Expressionism and pioneers of Modernism. Each session will focus on one artist in order to shed light on their individual approaches in comparison to their colleagues.
To this end, selected masterpieces will be scrutinized in the seminar room of the Kupferstichkabinett exclusively in small groups under the guidance of Britta Bode or Thomas R. Hoffmann.
