Have you heard of Schirrmann's? You'll find the new Bremen restaurant in Bremen Youth Hostel - in a prime location on the Weser and in the heart of the city. This is where the world meets! This also applies from a culinary point of view: the kitchen serves you an exciting crossover of "international" and "regional". Be sure to try it out!

When the Doctor takes to the stage, he always brings a lot of little stories - some true, some not so much - from his life, his second home New Orleans and, above all, lots of atmosphere. He accompanies himself alternately with electric or acoustic guitar, plays slide or sitar. In his songs, he comments on the state of the world ("Next Time People", "Politicians") or the interplay between the sexes ("Pink Shot", "Too Much Of Nothing", "Don't Do Wrong") or experiences from life ("Log Cabin Blues", "Amy"). Whether he's playing songs from his own repertoire or from his heroes such as Fats Domino, John Fogerty, J.J. Cale, Hank Williams, Ray Charles or Bo Diddley, Mark always focuses on the good times he wants to spend with his audience.
