„Schreiben geht immer. / Geht schreiben immer?“
In the organizer's words:
We turn Bogenhausen's Möhlstraße into a setting and follow the traces of the She'erit Hapletah ("rest of the rescued") between 1945 and 1950. We will use photographs, texts by contemporary witnesses and creative writing methods to approach the complex post-war reality. How can we write about the past, trauma and new beginnings? How does empathy arise through fiction? We work with quotes, voices, fragments - individually and collectively.
Afterwards at 19:30 we will attend a performance of "Zeit ohne Gefühle".
