Self-Love

I love myself, I don’t love myself …

What does self-love mean to me? When is it easy for me to accept myself—and when isn’t it? How can I consciously cultivate self-love?

In this writing workshop, we’ll take time for ourselves and for these questions about self-love. We’ll explore our inner voices and beliefs and use reflective writing prompts to strengthen our connection to ourselves and cultivate more self-confidence, self-compassion, and inner strength.

No writing experience necessary—just an interest in the topic and your favorite pen.  
 

What can you expect?
After a cozy start—connecting with ourselves and the group—we’ll approach writing creatively and freely through writing exercises. The focus of the workshop is on finding your own approach to writing—and perhaps, through that, discovering a new, creative way to connect with your inner world. Workshop Leader:
Sandy (she/no) has been writing for as long as she can remember, but has only recently begun sharing her own work, both in writing and in public readings, including on her own blog “whatasandyworld” and as a contributor tothe youngmigrantsblog. For Sandy, writing is not only a form of creative expression but also a wonderful tool for processing life and personal experiences. That’s why it’s very important to Sandy to share the benefits of writing and to encourage people to try their hand at writing, to grow, and to (re)discover themselves.”

This writing workshop will be conducted in spoken German and is open to anyone curious about or interested in writing—no prior experience is necessary, just a love of writing!
