Treat yourself to some conscious time out for you and your baby during your pregnancy. In this yoga class, you will strengthen your body with gentle yet dynamic exercises that promote strength, flexibility and body awareness. Breathing and relaxation techniques help you to let go and give you inner peace. In addition, gentle aromatic oils accompany each session and create a special atmosphere of relaxation.
Together with other expectant mothers , you will strengthen your back and pelvic floor, release tension and find inner balance - both physically and emotionally.
- Suitable for all trimesters
- as a prevention/health insurance course (with 10 consecutive appointments)
- Hybrid course - live and digitally connected
