All different, but unmistakable: SEARCHING FOR HOME are bringing their new EP "Not Your Face" to the festival stages and clubs of Germany. Three years after their award-winning last album "Hidden Errors" (Sparda Jazz Award, Jazzfruit, Midcomer Award of the Saxon pop promotion), the eleven-piece band collective is releasing new songs. With a fresh sound, the musicians shed light on the most diverse aspects of interpersonal relationships. Whether it's about relationships with oneself, hyperfocusing on one person or living apart - the band collective tell their stories with a pushing forward momentum and incredibly infectious optimism. Led by the versatile voice of singer Ida, pulsating grooves, fat brass sections, driving bass and guitars as well as sophisticated synthesizer sounds constantly bring new facets to the energetic live program. With "Not Your Face", Searching for Home set new standards in their field of research between jazz and pop.
