🦋 Selbstmitgefühl für Hochsensible: Endlich annehmen, wie du bist
In the organizer's words:
Are you patient, understanding, and compassionate toward others—but often hard on yourself?
Then this workshop is for you. 🤍
Many highly sensitive people are understanding, patient, and compassionate toward others. But they’re often hard on themselves: They second-guess themselves, put themselves under pressure, compare themselves to others, or blame themselves when things get to be too much.
This workshop is about treating yourself with more compassion—especially when your inner critic speaks up, you feel overwhelmed, or you believe you’re not good enough.
Together, we’ll explore why self-compassion can be so valuable for highly sensitive people, what your inner critic is actually trying to protect, and how you can learn to treat yourself with more kindness, clarity, and less harshness.
🌷 What to expect in the workshop:
- You’ll understand why self-compassion can ease the strain on your sensitive nervous system
- You’ll recognize how your inner critic works and how you can respond to it differently
- You’ll strengthen your connection to your own needs
- You’ll learn why your worth doesn’t depend on how much you accomplish or endure
- You’ll receive practical tips for cultivating more self-compassion in your daily life
- You’ll engage in dialogue with other highly sensitive people in a safe space
This workshop is for you if you no longer want to judge yourself for your sensitivity, but instead want to learn to be more supportive of yourself.
We look forward to seeing you!
With love
