What moves me right now - both professionally and personally?

In the seminar, you will work with the vision board method. In a guided process, you will collect and reflect on your own issues and translate them into a personal collage using images, colors and words.

In this way, goals, values and desires for change become visible.

The focus is on clarification and alignment: What do I want to strengthen? Where do I want to develop?

The seminar combines creative practice with exchange and offers space for concentrated work in a quiet atmosphere. Previous knowledge is not necessary, materials are provided.

The seminar is for women.
