Seniorenwohnanlage/Mehrgenerationenwohnen in den Kirschgärten

In the Kirschgärten development area, a senior housing complex/multigenerational living with a total of 95 apartments of different sizes for young and old will be built in the first quarter of 2027 as part of publicly subsidized housing construction, 40 of which will be available for people aged 55 and over.
The aim of the project is for several generations to live together under one roof in a good neighborhood. The housing project was initiated by the Social Department in cooperation with the Eckpfeiler Immobilien Group.
The event is being held in cooperation with the Munich Social Welfare Department and the Allach-Untermenzing retirement and service center.
