Shelter combine uncompromising hardcore with spiritual influences and powerful melodies that bring the energy of Krishna faith to the heaviness of punk. Their sound is a blend of intense riffs, melodic vocals and profound messages - a unique style that has made Shelter unforgettable as pioneers of Krishna-Core.

Ways Away formed in early 2019 when vocalist Jesse Barnett, guitarist Sergie Loobkoff and drummer Jared Shavelson combined their musical experiences to create melodic post-hardcore. Following their debut album The Breakdown in 2020, the band released several singles before releasing their second studio album Torch Songs in 2022.
In recent years, Ways Away have toured extensively throughout North America and Europe, performing at renowned festivals such as The Fest, 2000trees Festival, Vainstream Rockfest, Pouzza Fest, Jera On Air and Full Force Festival.
Since 2023, bassist Chad Darby completes the line-up. The band is currently working on their third studio album and preparing for an intense upcoming touring phase.
