SiebenSinn

From June 5 to 9, 2025, the art group Atelier7on will be showing current positions with paintings, drawings and ceramic objects at Fabrik 45. The vernissage of the exhibition "SiebenSinn" will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 19.00h.

The seven artists came together in 2022 to form the Atelier7on group. They live and work in the Rhineland from Unkel in the south to Düsseldorf in the north. Atelier7on enriches itself through continuous exchange, live and online. The artists see diversity as their strength.

Marion Canis from Bergisch Gladbach is mainly concerned with the inner bond between humans and all other natural life in her works. With her porcelain objects and paintings, she shows mixed worlds of humans and other living beings.

In the art of Ingrid Conrady from Bonn, photography, the reproduction of her own reality, plays an essential role. By interpreting atmosphere and mood, she develops new works and finds combinations of painting and photography.

Jutta Gielisch's works create an aesthetic tension, sometimes through the dialog of painterly and graphic elements, sometimes through layers of depictions of nature and abstractions. In her paintings, the Düsseldorf artist combines a serene, calm clarity with signs from another sphere.

Alice Schneider from Brühl likes to tell stories with her figurative paintings, whereby she is particularly inspired by the imperfect and bizarre. She lets herself be guided by spontaneous ideas in the process of painting and works with exaggerations and distortions.

Hildegard Schnorrenberg works with fine layers of glazes in her abstract paintings. In addition, the Viersen artist shows her versatility in this exhibition.

Light and the impression of the moment are Heidemarie Winkelmann's source of inspiration. Her nature, portrait and nude paintings are created quickly and impulsively using a variety of techniques.

Birgit Zimt explores spiritual spaces with her works, other motifs are people and nature. She prepares her compositions in photographs and develops them into large-format paintings and prints.
