Silent Book Club Special: SBC X POETRY

TO READ POETRY OR NOT TO READ POETRY IS THE QUESTION...

... that you'll have to answer for yourself on Saturday, June 27, from 2 to 6 pm. Because that's when the Silent Book Club Münster is organizing a poetry special in the B-Side Café as part of the POETRY Festival as an event format of the City of Münster's Department of Culture. The motto: All Things Poetry. The SBC X POETRY Edition is an invitation to read, think and talk about poetry. Bring poems, write poems, read poems. There will be a poetry stage, a poetry workshop and, of course, time to read poetic (or non-poetic) texts. The event is open to all and admission is free.

The Silent Book Club Münster usually meets twice a month in a public space, usually in cafés. The meetings are free and open to all; German and/or English is spoken.

Our meetings usually run as follows:

30 mins: Arrival & (optional) exchange

60 min: silent reading

30 min: (optional) exchange / further reading & farewell

The motto is "bring your own book" - so bring whatever you are currently reading. All genres, languages and reading formats - whether eBook, audiobook or print edition, non-fiction, sci-fi or romance novel - are welcome!
