In the sometimes not-so-silent pre-Christmas period, the Kolibri - Intercultural Foundation cordially invites you to pause and immerse yourself in the special soundscape of the Advent season with the new "Silentium" program by the vox nova choir. The choir has developed an atmospheric and atmospheric program around a movement from the Christmas story according to Luke, which musically shapes the "silent time". Under the direction of Spanish conductor Germán Moreno López, the subtle structures of the works become audible.
You will experience songs by Allegri, Schütz and Mendelsohn, as well as "O magnum mysterium" by de Victoria, "O Heiland reiß die Himmel auf" by Johannes Brahms and "Singet frisch und wohlgemut" by Hugo Distler.
