Silvi Carlsson is an author, content creator and psychology student. In her work, she deals with female socialization, shame, emotional availability and the question of why women so often put themselves on the back burner. She reaches hundreds of thousands of people on social media with her personal, humorous and socially critical content. She combines psychological observations with social dynamics and talks in particular about relationship patterns, queerness, neurodivergence and the female gaze.
