Simon Faithfull's (* 1966 in Ipsden, UK, lives in Berlin) solo exhibition Earth-ling combines videos, photographic works and sculptures in which figures (or bodies) enter into a relationship with the living fabric of the planet. In addition to the presentation in the M1 VideoSpace, the sculpture Biotope no.1: Beehive (2026) can be seen on the exterior façade of the KINDL. The artist's 3D-printed half-figure made from corn starch serves as a home for a colony of bees that fly in and out through their mouths and nostrils.
