For over twenty years, Simple Plan have been one of the most commercially successful rock bands of their time. Not only with their multi-platinum debut album "No Pads, No Helmets... Just Balls" and smash singles like "I'd Do Anything", "I'm Just A Kid", "Addicted" or "Perfect" have they established their position as pop-punk legends since 2002. Songs such as "Welcome To My Life", "Summer Paradise" feat. Sean Paul, "Untitled (How Could This Happen To Me?", "Shut Up!" and "What's New Scooby-Doo?"have long since extended this status. To date, Simple Plan have sold over 10 million albums worldwide, played on the main stages of events such as the Vans Warped Tour, the When We Were Young Festival and even performed with the Montréal Symphony Orchestra at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver in 2010. With their own foundation, the Simple Plan Foundation, the band has raised more than 3 million dollars to date, in particular to help young people in need and support them in finding their way in life through the power of music. In 2025, Simple Plan celebrated their 25th anniversary with a documentary on Amazon Prime Video. They also toured arenas and amphitheaters around the world with Avril Lavigne and The Offspring and embarked on their Bigger Than You Think! tour. The Bigger Than You Think! Europe Tour 2026 will also take the band to Germany in October. In Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin and Munich, Simple Plan will bring their positive pop-punk energy as well as their emotional heartbreak anthems to the stage. Due to high demand, an additional show in Frankfurt has now been announced. Support on all dates will come from the British pop-punk band Neck Deep.

Simple Plan was founded in 1999 by singer, bassist and guitarist Pierre Bouvier, guitarists Jeff Stinco and Sébastien Lefebvre and drummer Chuck Comeau in Montréal, Canada. Bassist David Desrosiers joined the band in 2000, replacing Bouvier in this position. After the successful debut album "No Pads, No Helmets ... Just Balls" , Simple Plan achieved their international breakthrough with "Still Not Getting Any..." (2004) was Simple Plan's international breakthrough. The album became a top 3 album in the Billboard charts and reached number 2 in the Canadian charts, where it has since been certified four times platinum. A success that the band followed up with "Simple Plan" (2008) and "Get Your Heart On!" (2011) - which also reached number 2 in the Canadian charts and number 10 in the official album charts - seamlessly. Desrosiers left the band in 2020 and was replaced by Nicholas Kennedy as a touring member. After the release of "Taking One for the Team" in 2016, Simple Planended theirfulfilled contract with Atlantic Records, whereupon their current album "Harder Than It Looks" was self-published in 2022.
