Imagine this: You arrive, a blank canvas in front of you. No rules, no pressure, no "it has to be beautiful". Just paint, music and that moment when you just do it.

You take the paint, throw it, splash it, let it run... and suddenly something emerges that you hadn't planned. That's exactly what action painting is. Not perfect, but real!
