In the organizer's words:

Mia Heuse is said to have a dry sense of humor, which is reflected in many of her texts. For some time now, she has been organizing and hosting the slam in her hometown of Emden, where she first took to the stage over 10 years ago. The doctoral student lives in picturesque Hildesheim with her partner, who supports her art, and her cat, who takes the opposite view.

And then comes yours: Slam Bremen. Your word. Your place, without (genre) boundaries, for words, for music, for performance. A place for art and junk, for foreign shame and adoration. A place for competition.
