With their aggressive deathcore sound, menacing-looking masks and the badass image of their singer Alex Terrible, Slaughter To Prevail belong to the spearhead of modern extreme metal. As famous as they are infamous, the band has long since caused a worldwide sensation and delivered true hits of the modern deathcore genre with songs such as "Demolisher", "Baba Yaga" and"Bonebreaker" from their album "Kostolom" (2019). In summer 2025, Slaughter To Prevail will release their long-awaited third album"Grizzly", which will undoubtedly further scale up the band's popularity. On their The Grizzly Winter Tour 2026, Slaughter To Pre vail will be coming to Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich and Leipzig in January and February 2026 on their biggest headline tour to date. An additional show in Düsseldorf has now been announced.

Slaughter To Prevail was founded in 2014 by Aleksandr Shikolay aka Alex Terrible, who had previously built up a large fanbase online, and British guitarist Jack Simmons(Acrania) with three other members in Yekaterinburg, Russia. In 2015, they released their debut EP "Chapters Of Misery", which was re-released by Sumerian Records in 2016 and contained the band's first successful track, "Hell". The debut album "Misery Sermon" followed in 2017, which saw Slaughter To Prevail continue to grow within the deathcore scene with tracks such as "666", "King" and "Chronic Slaughter" . With their second album "Kostolom", the band reached the German album charts for the first time and landed at number 30. Songs such as "Demolisher", "Baba Yaga", "Bratva" and"Bonebreaker" broke the band's previous records, allowed them to break through internationally beyond their own scene and become a flagship of modern deathcore. In 2022, the band relocated to Orlando, Florida for political reasons, as members of the band were critical of the Russian government and the invasion of Ukraine and the band feared consequences. In the same year, the track "1984" was released as a protest against the war and the Russian government. After the live album "Live in Moscow" (2023) and the single "VIKING", Slaughter To Prevail released the singles "Conflict", "Kid Of Darkness" and"Behelit" in 2024. This was followed in early 2025 by the singles "Russian Grizzly In America" and "Song 3", on which the band collaborated with Babymetal. On July 18, "Grizzly" was released as the band's third album. In addition to the pre-released singles, the album promises another highlight with the song "ImDead" feat. Ronnie Radke (Falling In Reverse).
