On May 18 and 19, 2026, the Ethnologisches Museum Berlin, in cooperation with the German International Ethnographic Film Festival (GIEFF e. V.), invites you to the Ethno-Film Days "Slices of Life" (SoL) at the Forschungscampus Dahlem (FCD). In the presence of filmmakers from Nepal, Congo, Sudan, Fidji/USA, Grenada/Denmark, Brazil/Germany and Nigeria/UK, eight cinematic works from four continents and three films presenting current collaborative projects of the Ethnologisches Museum will be presented and discussed.
All films will be shown in the original version with English subtitles.
