A summer day by the lake. Barefoot in the grass. Yoga under the open sky. Music at sunset. And people who share the same longing for lightness, connection, and nature.

Soluna Spirits invites you to a day full of movement, connection, and special moments—to recharge, let go, and celebrate. From the first yoga flow in the afternoon sun to Full Moon Yoga and a sound bath, all the way to a sunset party with a DJ by the fire: a day that won’t change the world, but sometimes changes your perspective. Just like yoga.

Here’s what awaits you:

• Yoga sessions for all levels—from gentle flow to deep flow
• Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath under the open sky
• Bonfire with live music
• Sunset party with a DJ
• Food, drinks, and select vendor booths
• Kids’ program
• A space for genuine connection and community

• 3:00 PM - Opening
• 3:15 p.m. – Yoga Flow for Everyone
• 4:15 p.m. – Deep Flow
• 5:15 p.m. – Full Moon Yoga
• 6:15 p.m. - Sound Bath
• Starting at 7:00 PM - Bonfire with live music
• 8:00 p.m. - Sunset Party with a DJ
• 10:00 p.m. - Wrap-up

Soluna Spirits is a labor of love from Finca Soluna—a special place for yoga, nature, and community in Tenerife. With this festival, we’re bringing the Soluna spirit to Lake Cospuden for a day and creating a space for connection, movement, and genuine togetherness.
