Nights in Kreuzberg are long, and Berlin summer nights are legendary!
The Kreuzberg Open-Air Cinema, tucked away in the courtyard of the Kunstquartier Bethanien, transforms into a magical place full of poetry for one evening.
Live, under the open sky, and accompanied by the gentle rustling of the tree tops in Kreuzberg.
Poets from across the German-speaking world present their best works.
They juggle words, string together punchline after punchline, and open up new perspectives—all in a single, balmy summer night.
The SUMMER NIGHTS POETRY SLAM brings together the who’s who of the poetry slam scene right on your doorstep.
So grab a lounge chair, your favorite drink, and a big bucket of popcorn, and enjoy the SOMMERNÄCHTE POETRY SLAM!
