On July 18, 2026, Munich's big open-air spectacle returns to the Olympic Park. The Midsummer Night's Dream has been combining live music, a festival atmosphere and one of Germany's biggest pyro shows for over 20 years: a highlight for tens of thousands of visitors every summer.

Two stages. One festival. Lots of emotions.

A diverse line-up of stars, chart acts and exciting newcomers awaits guests on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz and the peninsula. A mixture of pop, indie, electro and funk will be created from 4 pm. Perfect for anyone who loves music in the open air.

Goosebump moments at the Olympic Lake

The highlight of the evening: the big pyro show. Precisely choreographed to music, colorful, intense and visible far beyond the Olympic Lake. A moment that unites the entire festival.

Summer feeling throughout the park

Whether directly in front of the stage, relaxing on the grassy steps or enjoying the wide range of street food on offer: everyone experiences the Midsummer Night's Dream in their own way. The Olympic Park becomes a summer adventure world for friends, families and couples.
