Heliod

The four-piece band Heliod from Dresden drifts through the spheres of rock music towards the sun. With roots in stoner and alternative rock, the four musicians are inspired by greats such as King Gizzard, Radiohead and All Them Witches to create their own multi-layered sound: Spherical sounds with a hypnotizing effect meet rough riffs thanks to precise songwriting. Anyone who has experienced Heliod live will be bound to ask themselves:

What does the advertised revolution have to do with epic royal sagas? Where does this fetish-like penchant for celestial bodies come from? Are they nerds, punks or even both?

Heliod's love of DIY takes them beyond music: from audio production and design to screen printing for merchandise, everything comes from the minds and hands of the band themselves.

On their current project, they return to their beginnings and in the songs of the second, current LP "XII", they describe broad sound carpets, hard downparts and metaphor-laden lyrics, in any case Heliod shines with ingenious songwriting. The different musical backgrounds of the individual members make Heliod a band that crafts its sound as it pleases, always using the perfect tone. In short: sounds like sun dust tastes.

Fractal

The aim of Fraktal's music is to transport people into relaxed and exciting worlds. Fat riffs alternate with technoid lines, pop rhythms with soft pads, post-rock parts with pop. Twisted guitar melodies lie on a thick carpet of organ and bass, driven by groovy drum rhythms. You can let yourself fall into the soundscapes with your eyes closed or agree to every beat with your hair waving.

Fraktal offer a suitable song for everyone and every situation. There's hardly anyone who doesn't leave a concert with a smile on their face. The band has been performing since 2015, almost in its original line-up. Three albums have already been successfully recorded and another is in the pipeline.
