Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and join us for a relaxed start to the day. We start with a mindful walk in the forest, followed by a soothing yoga session in nature, where we enjoy the fresh air, the peace and quiet and the connection to our surroundings.
Afterwards, a lovingly prepared vegan brunch awaits you at Soul's Café with delicious delicacies. There will be plenty of time for inspiring conversations, new encounters and genuine togetherness.
This event is an invitation to calm down, connect with yourself and others and be part of an open, warm community.
