In this special class, you can expect a 45-minute sound bath - a sound meditation that calms your nervous system and promotes deep relaxation. You can sit or lie down and simply let yourself be carried by the clear, warm vibrations of the crystal bowls and other intuitive instruments.
The soft candlelight supports the atmosphere and creates a space in which you can let go, calm down and open up inside. The sounds spread through your body like waves, releasing tension and bringing your mind and breath into a state of deep, natural relaxation.
