The SPANDAU20 family is back for another night of blunt and euphoric powerhouse-schooled techno in our Blitz Ballroom. The imprint & families driving members FJAAK and Elli Acula bring Nikk & Claus Schöning as well as Anna Z. & J.Manuel for a long evening of block rockin' beats.

Booming kicks, untamed breaks but above all unabashed, yet discerning fun with a firm focus on groove mark the SPANDAU20 formula between Powerhouse and Warehouse Techno, popularized by the founding members, the infamous duo FJAAK and Elli Acula. Whereas Felix Wagner & Aaron Röbig keep their sound decidedly analog and and toy with goofy grooves and breakbeats, Elli Acula has a penchant for skilled handling of Techno's modern sense of sonic dystopia. Rest assured though: it's nothing but peak-time bops when they step into the booth.

Anna Z & J Manuel, both also well respected for their explorative and experimental-tinged modular synth work add an Electro-informed perspective to the imprint's jacking funk. Nikk & Claus Schöning complement each other like yin & yang: the interdisciplinary artist Claus Schöning fuses spherical sounds and textures with Nikk's sturdy and tangible groovework for the vital opening set to get you stomping.
