🎹 PLAY ME! - Munich becomes a stage

Public pianos designed by artists invite you to play, listen and linger - in the middle of a public space. Anyone can take part in SPIEL MICH!: just drop by, take a seat and start playing.

Rules of the game:
- Anyone can play - without registration
- Please be considerate of each other and give others the opportunity to play the piano too
- Short playing times ensure that many can take part
- Listening and shared musical moments are expressly encouraged

🎨 The "Heart" piano was designed by Munich artist Valerie Hennekemper. Hennekemper works at the interface of illustration, painting, installation and performance and deals with topics such as feminism, physicality, social norms, visibility and self-determination in her works. More about the artist

Under the title "paint me like one of your french pianos", she dedicates her work to the protection and visualization of FLINTA* and their bodies - as an artistic statement for presence, freedom and encounters in public space.
