Course: Outdoor Fitness Mix
Sport in the Park is entering the next round: from May to the end of September, numerous sporting activities can once again be enjoyed free of charge. In total, there are over a dozen different sports activities to choose from, spread across the entire city and throughout the week. In addition to tried and tested activities such as beach volleyball, fitness mix, tennis and tai chi, the program also includes field field hockey, juggling, yoga and gliding. Whether young or old, beginner or sports enthusiast - there is something for everyone.
An outdoor fitness mix is a varied training concept that combines various exercises from areas such as endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination and is carried out in the great outdoors. The aim is to strengthen the entire body through functional exercises and at the same time make use of the fresh air and natural surroundings.
Time: Mondays, 7:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Tuesdays, 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm
