Under the title immer arbeiten immer atmen, Sprachspiel. Biennale West is organizing a three-day festival for literature and film in memory of H.C. Artmann and the Wiener Gruppe for the sixth time. The basis of the biennial series of events is H.C. Artmann's eight-point proclamation of the poetic act from 1953. This year's edition of Sprachspiel. is based on the 5th act of the proclamation.
