In the organizer's words:

  • Kleingruppengespräche im Rahmen der Reihe "Wie geht’s uns? Dresden im Gespräch über mentales Wohlbefinden"
  • In Kooperation mit der Aktion Zivilcourage e. V. und der Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung
     

Eskalierende Konflikte und Kriege, Klimaveränderungen, die zurückliegende Erfahrung der Pandemie, wirtschaftliche Unsicherheiten – viele Menschen blicken mit Sorge auf die Lage in der Welt.  „Sprechen & Zuhören“ ist ein Dialogformat, das einen Austausch über unser persönliches Erleben der politischen Situation ermöglicht. Im Kleingruppengespräch erhält jede Person die gleiche Redezeit für einen gleichberechtigten Austausch auf Augenhöhe.

Wie geht’s uns? Dresden im Gespräch über mentales Wohlbefinden

Anlässlich der Sonderausstellung Wie geht’s? erkunden wir, wie die Gesellschaft, in der wir leben, unser psychisches Wohlbefinden beeinflusst. Ob Menschen sich gehört fühlen, Sicherheit und Zugehörigkeit erfahren – oder ob sie isoliert sind, gesellschaftlichen Druck und Konflikte erleben, schlägt sich auf ihre Stimmung nieder. An drei Abenden, mit drei Fragen und drei unterschiedlichen Gesprächsformaten machen wir mit Ihnen das Experiment: Welches Miteinander brauchen wir, damit es uns mental gut geht?
