A look behind the scenes

Curious about what is hidden behind the scenes of a modern library? Then join us on an exciting tour of the Central Library at Hildesheimer Straße 12!

Every first Tuesday of the month, we cordially invite you to join us on a one-hour tour. Our visitors have the unique opportunity to explore different areas of the library, including rooms that are not normally open to the public.

Take a look at our stacks in the listed library tower and marvel at the modern library technology that makes our work possible.

The tour is free of charge and registration is not required. The meeting point is in front of the service center in the entrance area.

Small groups of 10 or more people can make a separate appointment by emailing stabi-info@hannover-stadt.de.
